2010 Bronze
The 2010 bronze will follow an old country doctor theme. A title of this piece has not yet been chosen but once it is - and an image is available - we’ll post it here. This 2010 bronze, like others that are available, has been designed especially for B.L.U.E. by well known artist Herb Mignery.

About the Artist
Herb Mignery was born and raised in the Sandhills of Nebraska on a working cattle ranch near Bartlett. After college and a stint in the Army, he returned to Nebraska and worked as a commercial artist for Cornhusker Press in Hastings. His wife, Sherry, was a teacher at St. Michael’s Elementary School. In 1982 he moved his fine arts studio to Loveland, Colo.
Mr. Mignery was accepted into the Cowboy Artists of America in 1984 and has served as its president. During his career, he has won many awards and has completed monument-sized sculptures for projects in Omaha, Vail, Houston, Dallas and Scottsdale. Locally he has created monuments for the Dutton-Lainson Plaza and the Osborne Sports Complex at Hastings College.
Herb and Sherry Mignery’s commitment and belief in Catholic education is truly inspirational. We sincerely thank the Mignery’s for their generosity and enduring support.
